1ai. WORD PROCESSOR: This is a software program which provides a graphical user interface with better capabilities than a text editor does OR it is a program that allows one to create, edit, format and print document.
ii. WORD PROCESSING: This is a type of application software used in the production, storage and manipulation of text on a computer or word processor
iii. SMART ART: This is the collection of graphics one can utilize to organize information within document.
iv. WATERMARKS: This is a translucent image that appears behind texting a document i.e. options available for picture and text
